It was in the 70s that we created our square-toe last — retuning the distinctive round silhouette that has become the DM's signature. These new 1461 3-eye shoes are inspired by those original archive designs, but are set on a new narrower, sleeker square last to sharpen up this classic silhouette. Welted on an extra rugged 1 3/8 inch Bex sole, they're otherwise the same shoes we've been turning out for over six decades: built from tough Smooth leather punched with our iconic yellow welt stitching.Second off the DM’s production line, the 1461 is a 3-eye shoe championed for its versatilityHardwearing and famously tough, our Smooth leather can be polished to shine or scuffed-upElevated edge you can wear every day.
